Middle Class

Roti Kapda aur Makan is the basic need of human life but what else are those needs that force them to work hard, Being a part of society, Humans are born with lots of responsibility not only for self but for their family too. Various thinker define it as hierarchy of need, Physiological, safety, love-belonging, love-esteem and self-actualization, and these needs are always growing, we take birth, and spend almost whole of our life in school-colleges and then similar pattern for their children after marriage, with a fear of insecurity to grow, to save for their future and the process goes on.
Need drive their life and motivate towards different satisfaction like few with satisfaction of money, few for education and few for mental stability. For the same during the first economic evolution economist created class system as per monetary assets value to prevent invasion of low economic group people and balance in economy and for harmony among society. Society was divided among three 1. Low class people/labor group 2. Middle class people 3. High Income-class people.
Historian defines classes according to their relation with the means of production/ assest value like property/gold and numbers of animals. The middle class is defined as the class blow the high income/ruling clas and above the labor / proletarian class.
“The word middle class is not a monetary decree, it is how we think, how we feel and make decisions about others, but usually about ourselves. With years of experience I define middle class as a mentality or mindset who is looking for stability in life, stability over enterprise or in emotions etc. Mostly people, who have fear of the change belongs to this so called middle class trait or personality type.
Middle class is a fear of borrowing money, an arrogance of being debt free. Middle Class mindsets are what banks survive on. Taking low interest interest deposits from middle class mindsets, proposing them a false sense of security, and lending to those not imprisoned by the middle class mind set. Never mind that they would never pay it back.
I have always been middle class and struggled with it. During the past, little success moment gave some chance to enjoy with elite but again next moment made me realized what I am, (just a middle class) and finally thrown back to where I belong, Mostly because inside me I feel, I don’t deserve it. Middle class mean that you don’t deserve to be extraordinary/ or you are not supposed to be there or to have these achievements. It was in with last generation and still in with the present.
The middle class. It meant knowing you were consigned to a high moral ground but otherwise to ordinariness. That you would forever be a job seeker than a job creator. But these job creators in India were those who have thrown caution and morality to the winds. And actually turned out to be employers! Yet middle class meant seeking jobs in foreign multinationals, for their sins were unknown to us. They happened so far away that you assumed those sins did not exist.
Middle Class also mean certain thrift, with aspiration along with few pairs of cloth, with full of Creativity to break middle class boundaries and barriers. When I look back in past, I realize that I was looking at my middle class moralities. I did not even realize it then.
And I am writing this at home, alone in my room with new aspiration, considering lots of people who were rejected or denied in earlier stages of life, but now consider as great source of inspiration for all, gives immense pleasure and vibrancies to think positive.
See how strong the middle class mind set is?

Every night I sleep with dreams, dreams of today, dreams of tomorrow, and sometimes with the painful memories of past. What should I do or don’t are still a mystery to me. Responsibility of future has sprouted a thought of insecurity and realized me that I am just so middle class.

But I still have a question that will I ever be able to generate the same courage to break the shackles of being middle class?

Who knows, but it’s a question I always ask myself

UNTIL UNLESS

“Unless the entire air has been polluted.
Unless the whole earth has been blooded.
Unless the earth core has been dehydrated
Unless human will not accept
Religion create divide

Unless the last river has been poisoned.
Unless the last fish has been caught.
Unless the last tree has been axed.
Only after human will accept
Gold digging is not worth at all

I speak of darkness
as I speak of light
absence of each other
and in everything,
still creating
walls of prejudice
roofs of fear
windows of hate
doors of ignorance
is all absence ??

Fire & Life

A blaze or fire's journey is always filled with ups and down, like an unnamed storm, if guided properly can help in survival as in food cooking, naive can raze everything. Similar is with the life.

I Wish I Could...

I learned the importance of everything, which has meaning to life.

Habits are second nature, one who hope it can be changed is confused.

5:30 AM, Good Morning

Waking up, mesmerizing with your smile
as kissing the foremost ray of sunlight
breathing in clear and pure orange sky
quiet, peaceful but vulnerable with progress
songs of sparrow, water drops on green
chanting of faith, smells of scanted sticks
smiling, carefree faces, unlike seen before
When sun is up, and you fill up coffee mug.
With sip of coffee, remembering good times
life full of happiness, love and surprise
i am waiting, off-course i am waiting
waiting for the first blush of blue

Have a fantastic day and pray something positive come to your way

So, i decided to convey them in my writing....i think..m rendering myself with much stronger mode of communication. Perhaps, in this way they will remember me for long..just by reading my words to know me personally.

Unspoken Truth

Don’t ask me what do I want?
Don’t preach me what should I do?
Don’t measure my madness of doing
With your illusionary ground of high morality
To measure my madness, be mad with me
You are my solution and the problem too
And whatever exist for me is also belongs to you
That’s my battle, endless battle with life
To express the meaning of unspoken to you

Failure

Annoyed, ignored in the dark,
Tuned the radio, with memories of past.

You say, I have failed, I am loser.
Nowhere to go, nothing to do with time.

Weary and fake smile is answer to critic of mine.
Lonesome and hatred, in pain with glass of wine.

U say, Failure and I are synonyms
But, does it mean I have been a fool?

Does it mean I have disgraced?
For me, I am awake and dared to dream.

Trying and trying hard in chasing them
Found the rationale behind and ready to redesign.

It’s a result of trying, a step towards unknown.
Excuse to restart, knowing the errors of mine

Content my failure, to begin again more wisely
Experimenting, fighting against the odd of life.

I am not perfect and still I am happy
As I wouldn’t give up and practice is my key.

Saga of Women: An Oblivious Truth!!

Maslow's hierarchy of needs is a theory in psychology given in 1943, to define the innate curiosity of human at various stage of human growth. Parallel to his theory other theories were also given by various psychologists and researchers, with partially agree to each other and focused to classify the desires and need of human with subsequent growth like age, life style etc. etc. Starting with Maslow need chart.

At every level, Maslow tried to explain the need of that group and connectivity to individual need.

Every human being, try to fulfil daily needs, he works to earn money, desire to earn of more motivate to work more, so their work profile depends on their skills, education. At some stage of life, we all desire to earn easy money, lots of money in shorter period. Lots of money to spend, to enjoy every kind of luxury of life. In Indian mythology, they have a goddess of money too, named Ma Laxmi, and consider her worshiping is auspicious and fruitful.

Money, I mean to say about "Artha" "Dharmashya mulam artha arthashya mulam dharma:" certainly it is very important for day to day life, and arise the question about the process, how will I earn money? The easy way to get pleasure is a track of great sorrow, and prostitution is one example of this.  Prostitution is not a new business it is in existence before the birth of Lord Shree Krishna and Rama. What were the motivating factor for its existence. How was it started?? Why was it started? is it wrong ?? certainly, it must have flooded your brain with similar question. So, lets try to find out the reason.

Certainly, it all started at physiological need, Perhaps, may be when a child was hungry and a mother with dried breast has nothing to feed. Perhaps it was started when money was invented to trade, to exchange product or may be even before to that when money was not there. Women, which always considered being helpless and vulnerable since the life exist, Perhaps because of these reason “Saint or Snob”, Tulsidas quoted in sundar kand,

“Dhol Gawar Pashu Sudra aur Nari ye sab hai taadan ke adhikari”
Dhol-Drum, Gawar-Illiterate, Pashu-Animal, Sudra-Lower Caste People, Naari-Women

In my opinion these words represent the lunacy of ‘Tulsidas’, certainly such comments on women motivate the male or powerful to push women in such doings. Evil was there and colossal if compare to today’s time. And along the time when this exchange of goods for food were changed to exchange of women. Trade of physical pleasure, where women were considered as object of fun, birth a market of thirst for Intimacy. What else a women could do, if her only child is dying because of hunger, she must have hesitated before her sacrifice for crying child before to make-up herself to intimate with a stranger and that was the day she got idea to make easy money in man oriented society. It all would have started with need and later it altered in profession as she would have known the easy way to earn.

There is a story in the ''BRAHMABAIBARTA PURANA" that Lord KRISHNA's wife RADHIKA was equally parted in two parts, from her right part goddess Laxmi was born and from her left part Apsaras of heaven were born. Those Apsaras were nothing but entertainment mode of heaven. As for example Rambha, Menaka, Urvashi etc. They were cited as prostitute of heaven and time to time they had to satisfy Demigod of heaven and Rishis of the earth according to the direction of the king Indra, the lord of heaven. Such a apsara's child was shakuntala. Who was the mother of the king BHARAT.

There was a tradition in Indian temple that unmarried girls were willingly sent to god for marrying and to serve pujari of temple. God was never there to marry and every bit of harassment/mental-physical were assigned by Pujari.  Being the God's wife, they can't be marrying to anyone. But God did not come to sleep with them, so the advantage was taken by priest of the temple. Those innocent girls are called as DEVDASI. They can make sexual relationship very secretly, but they can't be mother of any child. Every need of them is fulfil by trusty of the temple or the priest or by the king of the state.

History is filled with such stories, Mourya era is called as golden era of Indian history, and story of Chandragupta and chankya tells how Chanakya defeated his competitor ruler with help of women and named Bishkanya in that time. Expert with every art of love making, singing, dance, intimacy etc to seduce the mankind. Again, Powerful king/man was responsible, who forced and renders those women to do so. Story of Cleopatra, Musaliny and Elizabeth are perfect example. If anybody became prostitute for the greater interest of her own motherland then she is most welcome to the civilized society.

Kothas of Luckhnow and Baizees of Kolkota are not new to anyone, Indian film has depicted the changing culture and lifestyles of kothas and all with time, how they were indulge in process of making money by singing, dancing and by intimate-amusement.

Casting couch in film industry for role, intimate relation with boss for progress/promotion, a young college student to achieve her dream, such incident are not new to listen and are breakfast updates for all of us, and can be defined as prostitution too. It’s everywhere and one cannot deny this need of human as among the priority. Right or wrong is individual perception but important is awareness of such thing. But these type of  steps taken by girls for self esteem needs are wrong deeds and should be initiated to stop.

Delhi, Mumbai or Kolkata, u named a place and u will find such place, not only in India but overseas too, and it has become a whole industry, which employee more than 10lakh women. It is full of crime where innocent brought to have forced relation; girls on traffic-signal, begging on road side are the victim of routine abuse for such incident. While In India it is illegal and has punishment for such act. Having sex is not all wrong, but safety and precaution are mandate in every relation. these women too deserve respect as

I personally feel, in man dominating culture of India, where whole country is divided on the name of cast, colour, religion etc., we should help and support every individual woman to grow, educate and learn the good things in life. A woman is equally important as man, as without her, birth of life is unfeasible.

Before birth and after death there is no such thing called “God”, if he exists than it would not have been the situation. Every principle cited in religious books or similar are the dictations of powerful to divide and rule.  –Manish Solanki

“Love and respect woman, Look to her not only for comfort, but for strength and inspiration and the doubling of your intellectual and moral powers. Blot out from your mind any idea of superiority: you have none.” --Giuseppe Mazzini

searching among the rocks

That’s what I often do
I sit alone in hushed
Looking at the dark sky
Waiting for first ray of light
To ignite the blaze of hope
For an instant of tranquil
Wandering with Wonder
Searching for my inner-peace
Is it among the sounds of sparrows?
Is it hidden in continuous change in shade of life?
Is it amid the routine change of day and night?
Possibly it is within all of us, is it?
Fetching for answer to these question
And as i watch the first shade of rainbow
In sky, clear and colourful
Like a birth to new life
How stupid of me to find for inner peace
Voice Coming inside of me, of my soul
To such thing, if it exist
As an inner peace, then
Certainly, it is within first ray of light
It's within rainbow in open sky
It's within the first song of sparrows
That’s what I often do,
Sitting alone to find
Answer to my doubtful eyes

A-A-W-A-R-A-G-I

Wandering here and there,  No defined journey, so how can be destiny. No aims. No goals. Loving, Living and existing in the instant. No worries for the past nor for the future. Following my heart. Does not use the head.
What a liberated way to live !

So why was it always an accusation against me ?
And yet, I am happiest, creative and best at what I do
when I am aimless,

Awaara Hoon, Ya Gardish Mein Hoon
Aasman Ka Tara Hoon
Awaara Hoon…

A Thought!!

I thought.
To thought, then.
A thought came.
A thought left.
Thus, I thought.
To analyze that thought.
Why a thought came.
Why a thought left.
And I thought.
A thought.
That births the memory.
Of thousands thought.
Now I realised.
For those infinite thoughts.
Why a thought came.
Why a thought left.
Sun is breaking now.
To end that thought.
To begin new thought.
Simply just a thought.
Wooow What a thought.

'Teenagers' or more than the challenge

Almost a week before, a sixteen year old was held, for allegedly meticulously planning for rape and then killing a five year old girl in Gujrat.

As a renter in his victim's house, this teenager had also allegedly committed thefts, which were discovered by his landlord, who then threw him out of the house, besides realizing the loss from their daughter.

Naturally, now his parents are in a state of disbelief.

"In today’s time, Youngsters like to live as if adolescence were a last fling at life, rather than a preparation for it "

During the 2010, the news of a Gurgaon based school student of eight or ninth standard shooting dead one of his schoolmates with his father’s pistol, spread the shocking undulation, throughout the country and the people. Unbelievable, how could an adolescent of 8th standard take such a brutal step, irrespective of the fact that his victim was reportedly a big bully in school, and the accused had decided to clear up the debt with his tormentor with the help of his father’s pistol.

This experience voiced a debate in the media, and reasons like changed habitat circumstances of today, and over exposure to mass media which in turn has been accused of glamorizing hostility to some extent, especially through television, cinema, video games etc. were floated. Initially such accidents were named the influenced of western culture. But comparing the facts and number of such incidents are colossal in number than complete Europe. Rape, Theft, burglary, Honour Killing, abduction and such kind of crime are only the gift of poverty, lack of education, incomplete knowledge, racism and of individual insecurities. Any kind of relativity with Europe for our dirt mentality will be stupid opinion, we were always considered as luddite for our absurd thinking and bias consideration for particular.

This incident has reminded of past memories of my own days as a youngster almost one and half decade’s back. The place and times were totally different as compared to the present days. A small village of Haryana, where I grew up as a child. More conservative in outlook and traditional in approach. Fear of elders, school teachers, and parents was motivating force in the day to day lives.

I recall when I was in class 8th; My cousin was engaged in a bitter rivalry with one of his classmates, and coincidentally belong from the same colony where we used to stay those days. Both of these used to share comments to be at each other’s faces, and during the school recess, lot of times, they were engaged in a free style wrestling match with each other almost similar in WWE fashion.

Things became so bad between them , that in order to settle scores with this ‘enemy’ of his, he befriended two of his other classmates who were considered to be muscular. These three of similar size for one mission agreed to help each other, and with the help of some local street boys decided to teach a lesson to enemy. But fortunately, things finally cooled down between both of them, before things went out of control, and any disastrous incident took place.

Then, I also remember a big bully in our colony who was a couple of years senior to me. He used to get that sadistic pleasure in bullying everyone including me, calling absurd names of mine. Chasmish, Motuu etc etc. As he was physically stronger than me those days, and in one on one combat sure defeat was assured. Coincidently, there was another friend of mine from the same locality who too was fed up with this bully.

Once, he told me that some of his street boys are real goons, and they could help us to settle scores with this bully. Finally, we decided to help each other in this regard, and two days later, we arranged 50rs to pay to them and managed to bring that bully to a nearby playground, where those goons were waiting. Immediately, they jumped on this bully, thrashed him and delivered a stern warning to him that if he did not mend his ways, he may not live too long. Both my friend and I were really pleased over this accomplishment of ours.

But that evening, the parents of this bully landed over at my place, and filled my parents ears about whole incident, about being socializing of me with street boys to teach lesson to his child...blabla.

My parents were simply astonished, and I remember Dad giving me a lecturer and a hard slap for my stupidity and innocence. As both family had regards for each other, things were sorted out there and then. Even his son mended his ways.

Now, when I look back in these two incidents, triggered the important point about the teenage time, where it is most influential time to decide his future journey, and burden the responsibility on parent’s shoulders to take care of a child of that age.

Certainly every child wish their parents to pick their broken pieces in their lives and bail them out. And it always been a problem for every generation people to proper care for his teenage child, Spending time, knowing their small-small good bad habits, knowing mental dilemma of child, what they want to be, sexual knowledge is must. As half information is always dangerous, kind of crime and mental dilemma of person in affluent and developing countries always differs.

For all the parents whose children have reached that ‘danger zone’ called teenage, it is thus very important to maintain that proximity and comfort level with their children so that the latter do not hesitate even a bit to tell their problems or confusion to their parents. The problem does not rest there, once the parents are aware of the problems or confusion faced by their teenaged wards, they should test their own analytical and communication skills to enable their teenaged wards inspire the right thought process, and do not let themselves on the wrong path, at the end of which there could be nothing but untold misery for their wards. Of course, such parents would also be condemned to suffer in the bargain. But here also a deep understanding, adjustment between and past and future generation is must, else nothing will work. Misinterpretation of objects and materials hinders the pure growth of a teenage.

Needless to add, but parents must have to understand the kind of customs/routine they want to see in their child, must be followed by the parents also, else it will be injustice.

Sleep

Cheating with feign presence of you
Renovating the memories of me
In my dream, like an angel
And leaving me with precious smile
With a promise to back for me
Like the sustained air to inhale
Slowly to my heart and then flowing away,
As you are still with me
You stare into my eyes with desire,
With grief of separation

I ask to me,
Why I allowed wandering my thoughts
I ask to me,
Why I explored that depth of emotions
Is it meaningless to know
What do you need to me
Your gentle hands stroke my head
As I move into your arms
sometime shying away to me
Like a newly wedding bride

Awww...it’s hurting me
But, I accept the truth
Your absence has made me so
That’s why, I hate you
That’s why, I love you

The Rajasthani Jutti’s were pretty but expensive so Ms. Sharma argued with the jutti walla to come down from Rs 300 to Rs 200 but the sandal walla knew her heart was into it and so he played stubborn and so Ms. Sharma walk out in huff and puff and then he called her back (Behenji!) and they finally settled at Rs 225. Yes you got it right I am Talking about Lajpat Nagar, place I reside many years of life.

sandal shop

Lajpat Nagar market, a colourful place where lack of parking space and crowded gulleys are hardly an obstacle to look out for the best bargain, for no matter what you are buying! No matter who is buying (affluent or deprived), to which caste he belongs to, a Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, and Christian almost of every creed, people either as buyer or seller are always filled with market. A non discriminatory place, no racism, opens to everyone for every kind of need for survival/gratification.

Lajpat Nagar is an affluent suburb of the South Delhi district of Delhi. It is named in honour of “Lala Lajpat Rai”, also known the Lion of Punjab, and is today most known for the Lajpat Nagar Central Market. It was developed in 1950 after the division of India-Pakistan, Hindu and Sikh were the early residents to the lajpat nagar and with the time he adopt everyone came to shelter. Along with the most happening shopping destination, it is well connected to the road from all the sides with public transport, metros, DTC and autowala etc.
garam gali
The market is a mixture of roadside stalls as well as flashy showrooms. Here, you can shop for anything, ranging from clothes to footwear to accessories to bags. You can find ethnic Indian wear on one hand and the latest in the western style clothing, on the other. If you are buying anything from the stalls in the Lajpat Nagar Market of Delhi, India, do not forget to bargain with the shopkeeper to reach a reasonable price.

Lajpat Nagar Market is said to be a one-stop shop, as almost anything that you may conceive of buying, is available here. There are many things to do,
other than shopping, in Lajpat Nagar Market of Delhi. One of the attractions of this market is the Mehndiwalas (Henna appliers) sitting on the pavement. They will adorn beautiful hands of you with beautiful henna designs in no time at all. 3’c is the multiplex where you can fun along with the shopping in Westside store. This market also has some watering delicacies to offer. One such delicacy is the steaming Momos sold by the Tibetan ladies, Aaloo chat, pakode wala
and ofcourse KFC, where I like to spend whole day with friends. Those
police alert loudspeaker funny messege, “ “kripya apne aas-pass khadi mahilayo se sawdhan rahe kyunki”.......iske aage they never tell what they want tosay..ha ha ha.

Well, along with the shopping it is a good place for couples, many couple can be seen with hand in hand closely walking with each other. I know guys what you want to hear, “PANI” Pani of Lajpat Nagar, most fantabulous sight or nightmare of every youngsterJ. Writing more to that will be harsh so visit the once to Lajpat Nagar market and you will spot it very easily.

Bargaining Skills Needed

Especially in Markets like Lajpat Nagar call for excellent bargaining skills, so if you doubt that you will not be able deal with the shopkeepers then take along a shopping enthusiast or go with girls, they are good in bargains and chances of deduction in amount to be paid will be more,. The market is very diversified and one can find home furnishings shops, specified Groom trousseau stores, Indian and western accessories shops (both stores and stalls). The shoes and the bags sold are very chic and worth giving an arm for. The market also has a lane especially for brides called “Garam Gali”, where you get the latest 'inspired' designs in bridal wear.

Perhaps these places will not exist for long, FDI and other government policies can apocalypse the habitat of versatility. I don’t know whether for our child or grandchild it all will available for so long or they will be finding them in books and web. So,I have decided to compile these memories as collection for future generation as a story, story of market.

“Story of the Shoe”

A baby booties to high fashioned heel, most of us spends our lives in shoes, and that is among one place we can learn about culture, ancient trend and the self.
We wear our hearts on our body, not only apparels but everything that we wish for, so along with apparels, “Shoes are the best instrument, to know about people, their feeling, emotions" says Associate Professor V P Singh, NIFT- N Delhi. . He can chart the rise and fall of prosperity of shoes from the elevation of a heel, change in pattern of design, toe measurement, technological advancement and psychological impact.

Mr Singh; One with an mature understanding of Shoes and Human, surely can describe the personality type. he named them Designer, they can tell what they thought about their design, design of that shoe, for every design they has a commodity and what opinion they made truly based on their understanding of those people, and of-course people of similar
group, matched to theme will choose it. And, there will be bunch of those who must be trying to fit the same.

Every shoe has a saga, saga of its wearer; which speak of position, sex (M/F), civilization, religion, profession, and politics or I can say the shoes of the dead have a life all their own.

Historian tells about the relation of shoes and Greeks, where they were named first and later the Romans, who provided the root for many of our present day footwear styles, including soccus, sandalium and muleus (sock, sandal and mule). During the late Roman (Byzantine) empire, Christian morality deemed it sinful to expose the body. St Clement of Alexandria in the third century AD Preached humility for woman who showed their toes. Byzantine footwear covered the feet and shoes replaced the sandals that both men and women had worn for centuries.

Fashion began to change around 1600 as the barriers in dress distinction between classes started to break down. It became a commodity that was traded throughout Europe, and remaining countries of world. The working classes adapted high fashion into simpler modes using humbler materials and were only restricted by cost and practicality.

By the middle of the seventeenth century France had become a beacon of style for all of Europe to emulate. Slowly but effectively from 1600 to 2012, it has developed an interest in leather shoes to high thin-heeled shoes, sports shoes to advanced technological shoes, and still in experimentation with various silhouette.
